Federation Square
We start the Melbourne sightseeing tour by passing Federation Square. This modern building is a top attraction in the city. Situated right opposite Flinders Street Station, it marks the historic site where the city began.

Fitzroy Gardens
Our next stop is Fitzroy Gardens – 26 hectares of beautiful Victorian-era landscaping, just on the outskirts of Melbourne’s city centre. The star attraction here is Cooks’ Cottage – built in 1755 in Yorkshire, England by the parents of famed explorer Captain James Cook.

Melbourne Cricket Ground
MCG is an Australian icon, a sports lover’s dream and one of the largest stadiums in the world. The MCG also hosted the 1956 Olympics, so you could say it’s Melbourne’s unofficial second home.

Royal Exhibition Building
The Royal Exhibition Building is a Melbourne attraction you can’t miss. A UNESCO World Heritage site, its grand architecture is a sight to behold, set in the sprawling greenery of Carlton Gardens. You will enjoy this city tour of Melbourne by stopping here.

Landmarks of Spring Street
Along Spring Street’s grand avenue, we make a stop at Parliament House, the grand old Treasury Building, and the stunning Princess Theatre; three must-see historical landmarks.

Collins Street
Wander the famous Collins Street, the “Paris End,” where fashion boutiques and European-style architecture are a shopper’s delight. Nearby, the Block Arcade takes you back to the opulence of Melbourne’s early days.

Docklands
Docklands is a walkable precinct where modern architecture and a lively waterfront atmosphere create a vibrant city tour of Melbourne experience.

Albert Park and the Grand Prix Circuit
From peaceful lakeside walks to race day madness, the Formula One Grand Prix Circuit in Albert Park is an experience that can only be seen on half day tours Melbourne visitors won’t forget.

St Kilda Esplanade and Sea Baths
Walk along the palm-lined Esplanade in St Kilda to experience the seaside vibe of Melbourne. The iconic Sea Baths are also worth a stop.

Brighton Beach Boxes
Melbourne’s quirky and colourful beach huts are one of its most Instagrammed spots, and are also a highlight of half-day trips from Melbourne.

Shrine of Remembrance
Our last stop is at the steps of the Shrine of Remembrance. Here you will be able to take in panoramic views across the Royal Botanic Gardens and to the Melbourne skyline — ideal for reflecting on the day and snapping that last photo of the city.
