Bilby Tours created a personalized Yarra Valley Winery Tour for our small group at a reasonable price. They were wonderful to deal with and the driver Richard made our day great. We went to the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, two wineries (one for lunch) and a brewery. It was so well organized. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Did the Lake Mountain Snow Experience, it was all great. Car was comfortable, booster seat for my daughter. Everything was as expected, well worth it!

Everything was great. Max (the owner) was ready waiting for us at the hotel at the agreed time. The vehicle was comfortable and safe. When we arrived at Lake Mountain it was snowing, so very fortunate. The snow experience was great, loved the toboggan and building a snowman. And stopped at a chocolate factory in the Yarra Valley on the return drive. Highly recommend for those wishing to experience the snow. though not for those wanting to ski unless you know there has been heavy snowfall. I have no problems with using Bilby Travel again in the future.

Long journey but thourougly worthwile
Excellent trip and well worth the drive. Though early in the season it snowed for us and our driver was careful and attentive. Tour company was very quick to resolve a small issue we had. Would thoroughly recommend.

It was worth every penny. We traveled as a large group of 11, spanning several generations from 2 to 80 years old. Max was an understanding and fair guide; he was easy to talk to and very open-minded. He provided a wealth of information and remained professional yet friendly throughout the trip. A few highlights that really stood out: Proactive Service: He took care of all our luggage without us even having to ask. Great with Kids: He truly understands the needs of children, which made our family trip much smoother. Expert Planning: He had a clear understanding of the local weather patterns. When it started to rain, he proactively swapped our itinerary to ensure we saved the main highlights for a day with better weather, allowing us to fully enjoy the outdoor activities. We couldn't have asked for a better experience

Best ever tour
We had the pleasure of being part of the Most wonderful private tour on Friday along the Great Ocean Road to the spectacular 12 Apostles. Our driver Richard was a SUPERSTAR! He was so entertaining and caring and he really made our whole trip a once in a lifetime experience - and he exceeded our expectations at every opportunity!!!! Every part of our tour was handled incredibly smoothly and professionally, right from the very beginning in all our contact with Max who communicated all the arrangements so well and so promptly. And our English cousin especially enjoyed her first ever sight of koalas and kangaroos so thank you Richard!! and thank you Max!!

Perfect start to our trip
It was like having your own chauffeur, he was friendly and knowledgeable. We covered so much, iconic landmarks, history and details we never would’ve noticed on our own. We appreciated the flexibility and showing us the best places to stop for photos. I recommend this tour if you want an easy, informative, and enjoyable way to explore Melbourne.
