1. Services Offered
All services provided on this website are offered by Reforts Pty Ltd (ABN 1234567890), trading as Bilbytravel.
2. Additional Services
Inclusion of additional services in the tour program requires prior arrangement and will be at your expense.
3. Change in the Number of Travelers
Increasing the number of travellers after booking confirmation is subject to Bilbytravel’s agreement and may lead to a higher price.
4. Participant Information
When booking your tour, you must specify the number of participants, including adults and children.
Child Policy
5. Child Rates
Children aged 0-14 years will be charged at child rates. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and child seats will be provided.
Payment Terms
6. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email. A link for prepayment using your preferred payment method will be provided if the booking is available. By booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
7. Cost and Inclusions
The full cost of services, including tour details, will be provided after booking. This covers the tour on the chosen route at the specified time, date, and place.
8. Prepayment
After prepayment, a confirmation will be sent. For partial prepayments, the remaining amount must be paid before the tour’s start. A receipt will be emailed within 48 hours after the tour.
9. Payment Methods
Payments can be made using VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards, PayPal, cash, or Direct Bank Deposit.
10. Tour Cancellation by Bilbytravel
Bilbytravel reserves the right to cancel until prepayment is made.
11. Refunds
Bilbytravel guarantees a full refund if the tour is cancelled due to their fault.
Cancellation Policy
12. Cancellation Timeframes
– Cancellation 7 days or earlier before the tour date: Full reimbursement.
– Cancellation less than 7 days before the tour: No refund.
13. ID Verification
The guide may request customers’ IDs for security purposes.
14. Travel Insurance
Bilbytravel recommends all participants obtain travel insurance.
15. Customer Safety
While prioritizing safety, Bilbytravel isn’t liable for losses except due to their negligence. Customers assume responsibility for actions against the advice or without Bilbytravel’s knowledge.
16. Participant Behavior
Participants must follow guide instructions and norms of behaviour. Bilbytravel can terminate the tour for unacceptable conduct without a refund.
17. Prohibited Actions
Smoking, alcohol, and food consumption on Bilbytravel vehicles are prohibited, with designated times for such activities.
18. Complaints
Complaints can be made to the guide or within 14 days of the tour, using contact details on the website.

Bilbytravel maintains confidentiality of booking and tour details, using contact information for internal purposes only. You can opt out of receiving information by unsubscribing from newsletters after the first email.
