In the program is a visit to multiple wineries of the region, ones such as Paringa Estate, T’Gallant, Montalto and The Cup Estate.

All day you will enjoy great treats and incredible panoramas and scenery of the Mornington Peninsula. The Mornington Peninsula is located just an hours drive from Melbourne. Clean air, vineyards and olive groves, you are transported into another world.
The tour program includes visits to multiple wineries. First, you will visit the modern vineyard Paringa Estate, where grapes of sorts such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Pinot Gris are grown. The wine produced here is the holder of many awards and prizes, acquired in the international competitions, and earned recognition not only in Australia but also in Europe and Asia.
The next stop will be T’Gallant, specialising in growing the sort Pinot Gris (Pinot Grigio).
In recent years, the products of this winery have repeatedly received prestigious awards and prizes and are high in the world rankings of wineries. You can enjoy a tasting of the best works of local winemakers and optionally visit the trattoria, where you can eat a simple and delicious Italian meal. Another winery, which opened to the public in 2002 – Montalto. In addition to the extensive vineyards, you can see olive groves and orchards, which grow apples, pears, quinces, figs, persimmon, avocado, citrus and berry fields with raspberries and cranberries. From the resulting harvest, four varieties of olive oil, chutneys, preserves, jams and much more are produced. All products of local organic produce can be bought in the shop at the winery.
Finishing your familiarisation with the winery region of the Mornington Peninsula you will visit the winery Red Hill Estate. Vines growing on the volcanic and sedimentary rocks of the local hills breathe in the sea air, result in finely textured elegant wines. The highest quality Red Hill Estate products have become a brand of Victoria’s cool climate. You can try leading sorts of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Shiraz here.

Then awaits you some rest and lunch of two meals from the Cup Estate restaurant (at your expense). Other than great food and local wine, here you get a spectacular view of Western Port Bay.

The next interesting point of this trip will be the Main Ridge Dairy – a farm for the production of cheese and milk products from goat’s milk. During the tastings, you will enjoy an assortment and variety of cheeses. In the local farmer’s shop, you can buy not only cheese and milk products but also refreshments and a range of local souvenirs.
Then the Sunny Ridge strawberry farm awaits you. From November to April anyone can come and pick for themselves a whole basket of sweet berries. During the return drive to Melbourne, you will visit the chocolate factory, located in the village of Flinders. Here you will discover, how the most delicious Australian chocolates and lollies are produced by hand, and in the local cafe
You will be offered a rich choice of not only chocolate and lollies but desserts and ice cream.
Upon returning to Melbourne, you will be dropped off at your hotel.

Laura W., Tacoma, United States - Yarra Valley tour, May'16

I planned an incentive trip for some of our customers. I needed to book something for their guests to do on the day we had our customers at our corporate offices and decided a Yarra Valley Wine Tour was in order. We decided to book through Bilby Travel. I was a bit nervous because I wasn't going to be at the hotel when they picked up our guests and I wasn't going to be on the tour nor had we used Bilby before. Max at Bilby coordinated everything, picked up our guests in the hotel lobby and took them for the day. All the guests reported back that Max was a great tour guide, a great driver, and they had a wonderful day with him. They told me I should use him again. The day included wineries, lunch, a chocolate stop and a cheese business. We will be using him again in February 2017!
